A WES test is necessary if you apply for Canada PR through the Express Entry Programme. Although, those who opt for the Federal Skilled Worker Program or the Canadian Experience Class Program (CEC) are exempt from this requirement.

- International Courier: For International couriers, you need to pay $325 CAD ($240 for evaluation and $85 for courier) for each applicant.
- Standard Courier: If you select the standard courier option, you need to pay $250 CAD ($240 for evaluation and $10 for postal delivery) for each applicant.
WES Evaluation Eligibility & Requirements:
There are a few requirements you must meet in order to be eligible for a WES evaluation:
- You must have completed at least one year of post-secondary education.
- Your educational institution must be recognized by an approved government body of the respective country.
- You must have official transcripts sent directly to WES from your educational institution.

- Once you have created an account, you will need to fill out an application form and pay the evaluation fee.
- After you receive the reference number, you will need to send your official transcripts to WES.
