• Age limit: you must be under the age of 45 at the time of applying

• Assets:
  • Annual turnover of your business in home country should be of AUD 500000 and above in the last two financial years
  • To acquire a business in Australia your net assets in a government approved business should be of AUD 200000 in last two of four financial years

• You must have one of the following
  • 51 per cent of the business with the turnover of less than AUD 400000 per annum
  • 30 per cent of the business with the turnover of AUD 400000 or higher per annum
  • 10 per cent where the business is a publicly listed company
• The net value of your assets (including your spouse) should be of AUD 800000 and above
• You must have sufficient assets of  AUD 100000 and above other than mentioned above to clear the Australian immigration process and settle in Australia
