Canada Express Entry

Canada Express entry program was started by the Canadian government to manage the flow of applications for permanent residence in accordance to these federal economic immigration programs:
• Canadian Experience Class.
• Federal Skilled Worker Program,
• Federal Skilled Trades Program
Territories and provinces can recruit potential employees through provincial nominee programs to meet the needs of the local labour market. There are two steps in Canada Express Entry system
1. Online Express Entry profile
Every Candidate has to fill an online Express Entry profile. Using this method they will provide the details of work experience, skills, education, languages known and other important details. Once a candidate meets the criteria of one of the federal immigration programs will be shortlisted. Candidates are advised to register with Employment and Social Development Canada’s (ESDC) Job Bank and they will help them connect with employers who are hiring. Candidates are also urged to promote themselves with the help of recruiters and job boards
In express entry, if the job offer has to be valid then employers need a Labour Market Impact Assessment (LMIA) from Employment and Social Development Canada’s (ESDC) Job Bank. Permanent resident applications will not be charged with LMIA fee.
2. Permanent residence invitation for the highest ranked candidates
All the selected candidates will be ranked on the basis of a point system called comprehensive ranking system. Those who score the highest number of points will get the chance to immediately apply for permanent residence. Points are offered on the basis of a nomination from a province or a territory, skills, experience and a job offer in hand, there are additional points for LMIA supported job offers. a candidate will have 60 days to submit a request for permanent residence. Canadian immigration authorities will process complete applications within six months.
