Recent immigrants are spreading out to different provinces across Canada. Since 2021, five provinces saw their share of recent immigrants increase. They are Ontario, British Columbia ,Nova Scotia, New Brunswick and Prince Edward Island.
The latest census data provided by Statistics Canada marks a decrease in the quantity of recent immigrants settling within Canada’s three principal cities-Toronto, Vancouver, and Montreal.
Canada’s future will undoubtedly be brighter due to the influx of growth in immigrant settlement destinations, as more parts of Canada become economically and developmentally prosperous. This not only helps those areas specifically, but it also bolsters our nation overall.
