Indian students choosing to study in New Zealand increases

There is an increase in the number of students choosing to study in New Zealand. As per the insights from the High Commission, 28 percent expansion has been recorded in the number of Indian students pursuing studies at New Zealand colleges in 2017.

“New Zealand has been positioned in the world, as the nation teaching students for the future as indicated by a current report by the Economist Intelligence Unit. The training enables the students to create abilities the world needs and find better approaches for learning while at the same time increasing every one of the advantages of studying in a reasonable, open and free society,” said Joanna Kempkers, New Zealand High Commissioner.

Wellington, the capital of New Zealand is increasingly becoming the choice destination for foreign students. The beautiful capital happens to be near the North Islands southernmost point on the Cook Strait.

The city brought in cash to the tune of almost $200 million during the first eight months of last year. The number of students who got enrolled in the capital city grew remarkably compared to the incomes in Auckland and other cities in New Zealand.

It is reported that the pattern proceeds into 2018 with a further six percent expansion in college enrolments and 24 percent general development in first-time student visas to date.
