In 2018 OINP has issued nearly 1006 invitation through the French-speaking skilled worker stream.  Ontario conducted 12^th draw on 30^th August through French Speaking Skilled worker Stream. In this round, invitations were given to candidates who submitted their applications through Express Entry between January 1, 2018, and August 30, 2018.

The French-speaking stream was launched in 2015 especially targeting French-speaking Express Entry candidates eligible for either Canadian Experience Class or Federal Skilled Worker Class and are proficient in (CLB 6 or higher) English. The applicant must also fulfill unique provincial criteria.

The stream aims to strengthen Ontario’s French-speaking community.

The pool of candidates is managed by Express Entry for Canada’s three federal economic immigration programs – the Canadian Experience Class, the Federal Skilled Trade Class, and the Federal Skilled Worker Class.
