Foreign nationals who would like to apply through either Skilled Immigration or Express Entry British Columbia (EEBC) programs have to first register their online profile with British Columbia Provincial Nominee Program (BC PNP) through the Skills Immigration Registration System (SIRS).

SIRS (Skills Immigration Registration System) is a point based system which allows BC PNP to evaluate candidates through different factors like education, age, and work experience and language proficiency in English or French. A full-time job offer from a B.C employer is the key factor of selection for most of the skilled immigration and Express Entry categories.
