A recent report shows that the vacancy rate in Canada is at a record high, it indicates a very strong job market. Canadian businesses are having a hard time to find employees and the good news is that the pay is likely to go up. As per a report from Canadian Federation of Independence Business (CFIB), the job vacancy rate hit 3.1 percent in April-June 2018, which was recorded to be the highest since the CFIB started tracking in 2004.
