Comparative Education Service - University of Toronto School of Continuing Studies

The Comparative Education Service (CES) was established in 1967 as the first academic credential assessment service in Canada by the University of Toronto, which was ranked 19th overall and the best university in Canada by the Times Higher Education 2012 World University Rankings Survey.

CES is Canada's only university-based academic credential assessment agency. CES assesses your academic credentials, authenticates your documents, and states the equivalency of your international academic credentials to academic programs in Canada.

Their academic credential Assessment Reports can be used for immigration to Canada through the Federal Skilled Worker Program, to help find employment, continue your education, and/or obtain licensure in Canada.

CES reports are highly valued by:

  • governments
  • employers
  • immigration agencies
  • lawyers
  • executive search firms

CES assessments satisfy the requirements of the Canadian Armed Forces and the NAFTA agreement for employment permits (TN visa) in the United States.
