Other Provinces

Other than New South Wales and Victoria, Australia has several other provinces or states with their independent sub class 190 programs. Here are their current details. These may change from time to time.

Australian Capital Territory - 190

The ACT Skilled Migration program is usually open only in case an applicant has close family ties or as has completed education from an ACT university. Other conditions might also apply depending on the occupation code.

Northern Territory - 190

Northern Territory is currently not accepting applicantions from offshore candidates.

Queensland - 190

Occupations in demand are limited to Construction Project Manager, Actuary, Mathematician, Surveyor, Quantity Surveyor. For other occupations, special conditions apply.

South Australia - 190

Most occupations in South Australia are low on availability or require special conditions. Occupations that show availability provide only a temporary visa for offshore applicants or are occupations in the skill trade category.

Tasmania - 190

Tasmania is currently not accepting applicantions from offshore candidates.

Western Australia - 190

There are very few occupations in demand and these are restricted to the medical profession.
