What is Quebec Experience Program?
THE QUEBEC EXPERIENCE PROGRAM is an accelerated immigration program and Canadian Experience Class program’s Quebec counterpart. It was created with students who are studying in Quebec and foreign workers in mind.
The submission process is divided into two stages.
The Province of Quebec issues the CSQ after receiving the submission. Once this is done, the second submission is sent to the Federal Government where thorough background heck is done to make sure that a candidate is medically and legally admissible to Canada.
Here are the following requirements for the Quebec Experience Program
STUDENT STREAM
– 18 years of age
– Intention of settling in Quebec with a job
– Has a Quebec diploma or a degree.
– Candidates currently pursuing studies should complete their study program within six months of the date of applying.
Apart from these criteria, a candidate should be proficient in French with a B2 advanced intermediate level
A student who applies for Quebec Skilled Worker Program should prove that he has the intention of residing in the province of Quebec. But their freedom to live or work anywhere in the country is protected by Canadian Charter of Rights and Freedoms
Diplomas eligible for QUEBEC EXPERIENCE PROGRAM
Diploma of Vocational Studies – 1,800 hours or more of study
DEP + any vocational program = 1800 hours
Diploma of College Studies
University undergraduate
Bachelor’s degree
Master’s degree
MBA
Doctorate
WORKER STREAM: REQUIREMENTS
18 years old with the intention of settling in Quebec for a job
Candidate must possess a work permit and should currently be employed with a Quebec employer
12 months of work experience in Quebec on a lawful work
Apart from these criteria, a candidate should be proficient in French with a B2 advanced‐intermediate level.
