457 Work Visa – Australian Immigration for Skilled labor



One of the common route to Australian immigration is through the 457 Work Permit, employer sponsored immigration. The 457 also allows the Business Owners visa holders to sponsor themselves and the core team members in order to set up the business in Australia.

The 457 Work visa holders are eligible for the following:

  • Be employed in Australia up to 4 years
  • Have the dependents accompany them to Australia and they may study or work in Australia

  • The visa candidate must have the relevant work experience and qualifications to be eligible for the position

Overseas Business Sponsored Visa (457 Work Visa)

If you wish to expand your overseas business in Australia and open an office or a branch you are required to fulfill a business contract in Australia. Mentioned below are the requirements for the Australian immigration Work visa:

  • The candidate must fall under the list of eligible occupations required in Australia and the position must be remunerated accordingly
  • The (visa) candidate must have relevant experience to establish or assist in establishing a business operation in Australia with his/her overseas connections and assist in fulfilling your contractual obligation
  • The visa applicant must have the relevant work experience and qualifications to be eligible for the position.
